With a concentration in Sports Medicine, Roger has worked closely with physical therapists and athletic trainers.

He also specializes in fat burn, toning, muscle building and strength training.

As a former US Marine, he always takes pride in punctuality, accountability and delivering the results he promised!

Roger’s previous clientele ranges from a ten year old living a sedentary lifestyle from too much video gaming, to a 35 year old needing to drop 140 lbs., to an eighty year old beginning a structured exercise routine for the first time in his/her life.

His experience also comes from a long time of training military, police and federal officers either to prepare them for a specific "academy" or specific duties.

Roger focuses on educating and motivating clients about all aspects of health and fitness, with an emphasis on nutrition and that military in your face push that won’t let you quit!

What sets Incinerate Fitness apart is that it's a 100% private gym for one-on-one training. Our gym features four big screen TVs, Bluetooth speakers, a private sauna and a shower for a custom-built experience!
